You, the Subscriber must pay the Subscription Fee to Create My Puzzles LLC. Upon payment of the Subscription Fee, Create My Puzzles grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to the Subscriber to use the Resources for the Term in accordance with the Permitted Uses and as otherwise set out in this License.

In accordance with our Copyright Terms, you will not redistribute access and you understand that any resources you download are for your personal use only.
You may NOT sell resell rights to the puzzles you create using our Website.
You may NOT sell any direct or derivative content created with our Website puzzle generators on Fiverr, Creative Fabrica or other stock sites.
You may NOT use your account to provide a service to others with content generated on the Website.
You may NOT sell PLR/resell or commercial rights to the products you create on the Website.
You agree to abide by the Create My Puzzles LLC Copyright Terms.
You agree that a breach of any of the general Terms and Conditions will lead to the account being immediately suspended. It is at Create My Puzzles LLC absolute discretion as to whether the account will be reinstated.
You agree that we will monitor your usage of the website to allow us to determine whether a violation has, or is, occurring.
Due to the nature of the subscription, refunds will not be available under any circumstance.
Members are wholly responsible for cancelation & renewal of memberships & recurring payments. No renewal reminders will be issued. You can manage your payments, details & subscription information on your account page when you login. You can also manage subscriptions when you log into your Paypal/Credit Card account.
