Do I need to download expensive software or have a powerful computer? 
Not at all! Everything is online, all you need is a laptop and internet connection. 

Do I need to create my own word banks or clues? 
That’s up to you. Many of the CMP generators include a personalized AI tool to expedite the process and generate word banks or clues to assist you with the process. 

Are puzzle solutions or answer keys included?
Absolutely! You get puzzle solutions or answer keys for every puzzle you create.

My friend would love to create puzzles too, can I share my login with her?
Sorry, no. Your purchase is for a single-use commercial license only. But if your friend loves the concept, send her a link to the website! We do frequently verify purchases as we notice our templates online. 

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this website, we are unable to provide refunds. Unlike a t-shirt, you can’t return a customized puzzle. All sales are final. But if you have any questions prior to purchase, feel free to reach out via the Contact Us page link. 

Can I save progress while creating puzzles?

How many puzzles can I create with the monthly or yearly membership?
How does UNLIMITED sound? As long as your monthly or annual membership is up to date, you may create and generate as many puzzles as your heart desires. There is NO puzzle limit as a CMP member. 

What am I NOT allowed to do with my puzzles? 
You may NOT sell resell rights to the puzzles you create using our website.
You may NOT sell any direct or derivative content created with our puzzle generators on Fiverr, Creative Fabrica or other stock sites.
You may NOT sell PLR/resell or commercial rights to the products you create.
